Teen Volunteer Corps

TVC is a group of teens who meet at their local library. We help plan events, give suggestions for books and movies and put some hard work into worthwhile service projects. Volunteer hours can be earned for school, scholarships or college resumes. TVC is for teens in grades 7-12. We look forward to seeing old friends and new faces!

Responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly meetings.
  • Work on library projects with friends.
  • Have fun!

Required Skills:

  • A smile!
  • A positive attitude.
  • Ability to make new friends and get along with a diverse group of people

How to Apply:

No pre-registration required, bring your friends and show up!

Lake Arlington Branch

Third Tuesday of the month, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Northeast Branch

First Monday of the month, 5-6 pm

Southwest Branch

Homeschool TVC Second Monday of the month, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Woodland West Branch

First Thursday of the month, 5-6 pm
