“I love what I do, especially helping kids...”

Since I got my degree, 18 years ago, I’ve worked in Children’s sections of the Arlington Public Library. I’ve worked at the Northeast Branch Library, East Arlington Branch Library, the Woodland West Branch Library and  the Central Library. I am a Programming Librarian, with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. I love what I do, especially doing storytime and helping kids find or choose books. I, myself, am not the fastest reader in the world but I am consistent. Can’t go to sleep without reading something!

Hi Laureen--nice to your lovely picture here. I hopped on to find your new location--my mother in law loves your story times so I'll let her know you are back at Central.

Great Picture! For Halloween was looking for some good books, as you know for 3yr olds + Already was suggested Humbug Witch. Any other suggestions???
