A Community Meeting Ground
It's late. But Monica Marquez knows exactly where her daughter is. She's at the Atherton Elementary library. On Tuesday, well after 6 p.m., when students and teachers are nowhere to be found, Marquez has plopped onto one of the comfy small sofas at Atherton to read away. If she wanted, she could use her Arlington Public Library card to take a book home.
