Announcing the Borrower Information Service

You already know that you can find out information about your library account by logging into our catalog website, by calling any library during regular business hours or by chatting online with staff.  Well, now there’s another option for late night/early morning information when you aren’t able to get to a computer but you do have a touch-tone phone handy—the Borrower Information Service! 

Just call 817-860-9872 and enter your library card number and password.  You will be able to find out how many items you currently have checked out, what their titles are, and whether any of them are overdue.  You can also renew items, check to see if you have any requests waiting for you to pick up, and find out if there are any charges on your account.
