Learn the basics of using the Internet and Email with Arlington Reads’ FREE introductory class! This class will teach you the basic of the internet, and how to use it. Also, learn what it means to “Google” something!
Topics to be covered in class:
- What is the Internet?
- What is a web browser and how to use one
- How to navigate a website
- Internet security
Please note that all students must complete and submit a client intake form prior to class. Registration for the program is required and will be opened two weeks before the start of class. Please register online or call 817-459-6985 to speak with an Arlington Reads literacy coordinator.
Students must arrive at least 10 minutes early. Your space will be filled 5 minutes before the start of class.
